I've had the Agate geode slice for a while now and it finally told me what it wanted to become...:) I love it when things finally come together so nicely!

~Wearability~
I wear each piece I make for a day so I can better communicate the wearability of a piece. The following commentary is, of course, merely my observations. I'm sure each person can tolerate different things for different periods of time.

This is a really nice pendant to wear. It's light enough that you could wear it all day and it goes really well with a wide variety of styles and colors. Once in a while, I found myself flipping the pendant around, but that was no great chore. I tried my best to capture some of the flash of the stones in the pictures I took and you'll notice the flashes too as you move about during the day.

~Materials~
I created this beautiful Agate geode pendant by pairing it with some lovely labradorite chips. I chose the chips carefully, only selecting pieces that display the famous blue flashes of labradessence. Karen Hill Tribe sterling silver was used to compliment the white of the agate and the blue flashes of the labradorite. The chips were carefully woven onto a small sterling silver circle on TINY head pins. I wire-wrapped what was showing to create a nice finish and to hold the pinned chips in place.

The pendant falls at 2.5" from it's hanging jump ring. It is accompanied by an 18" sterling silver chain which closes with a lobster clasp.
