Description

The humble dandelion. Dismissed as a weed by many, and even a nuisance to anyone who invests much time in lawn care. But the ones that manage to dodge the mower, they become something else entirely. A small hand plucks it from the ground, and as chubby cheeks balloon out with an exhale of breath, a hundred tiny seeds scatter to the wind. Each one now an ambassador of childhood wishes.

These hand knit mittens are a muted orange color, with a wishing puff hand embroidered on each. I've used a delicate, fuzzy yarn on the "parachutes" of each seed to mimic how they look in real life.

They're size 3 to 6 months and measure 2 3/4" wide by 4 1/2" long.

Made without a thumb for ease of putting on wriggly little hands. =)

Knit in a silky machine washable and dryable acrylic for busy parents.
