Personal Use:
You can use my stamps on your own personal creations- I would deeply appreciate (when applicable) to give recognition for the stamp image: "stamp made by Victoria Case" something along those lines would be fine. *smile*
1. If your personal creation is published in a magazine, newspaper, etc. you are required to give recognition for the stamp design: ©Victoria Case

Commercial Use:
You can use my stamps to sell the things you make if you follow these guidelines:
1. All creations must be individually hand stamped.
2. You do not reproduce any of the images mechanically, electronically/digitally, by photocopying, scanning, Xeroxing, tracing by hand or creating stencils. Do not use them as clipart, logos, avatars, labels, banners etc. You can not use these stamps and/or images to create new rubber stamps. If you are not sure about it’s use, please contact me.
3. Do give recognition for the stamp image in sale listings: ©Victoria Case with a link to www.vcad.etsy.com
4. You can not exceed or plan to exceed to create/sell more than 500 individual items per year with any Victoria Case stamp image. This applies to both Profit or Non-Profit.
5. Your creations with Victoria Case stamped images may not be sold to a distributor.
