Brooch Pin Red Dianthus (Sweet William)

Description

This red Dianthus Brooch was made without any use of molds or forms.

I cured a translucent Fimo clay backing (baked according to manufacturer's specifications), and mounted on it a dried red Diantus flower from my own flower garden. I then painted the edges with an emerald green metallic acryllic paint. Next, I coated it with 2 layers of Delta Ceramacoat varnish, and glued a gold toned broach clip to the back.

A truly unique creation!

It measures approximately 1 3/8 inches wide (3.5 cm), 1 1/2 inches tall (4 cm).

Please, keep in mind, fimo clay sculptures are not toys. They are meant to be decorations.

Please treat it as you would any figurine, with care.

This item is NOT recommended for Children.

It will be properly packed with batting to protect it during shipping. When you have received it, please wait a couple of hours to allow the clay to acclimatize to your temperature and humidity.
