COPPER AND SILVER FOLDFORM PENDANT WITH JADE ACCENT

Description

This is a forged and folded piece of copper with a twisted silver vein running the length of the piece. There is a half-drilled nephrite jade stone attached at the top. The ring at the top is also twisted silver. The edges are forged for thickness and pattern. The entire pendant, including the ring at the top, is two inches long. It is one and one-quarter inches wide and weighs 18.9 grams. I have used both heat and chemicals to give the piece it's color. Although it is evident in the pictures, there is a pale green associated with copper running the length of pentant near the "vein" wire. I have signed it "Culver" on the back.
