Gillian Necklace

Description

This necklace is made with a white clay pendant and underglaze in blue and gray with a clear glaze overtop. It measures 5.5cm across by 5cm down and is strung on a suede chord with a clasp at the back.

All our pendants are made by Cheryl by rolling out a sheet of clay before stamping out different designs and cutting out the desired shapes. The clay is then dried before the edges are finished. They are then bisque fired once before glazing and firing to cone 6. Each pendant is signed on the back by the artist with an underglaze pencil. Then the pendants are passed on to Sarah who transforms it to the finished necklace with beading, leather or silver chains.
