Reversible Mixed Metals Tribal Heart Earrings

Description

Two hearts crafted of pure bronze and impressed with my own original hand-carved texture plate are suspended from sterling silver rounded earwires. Two textured, large-hole discs made of pure fine silver dangle from two sterling silver jump rings and move freely enough to make a gentle tinkling sound as you move.

One side of the heart has a tribal pattern consisting of freehand-carved spirals, zigzags, and triangles; the other, a deeply impressed texture resembling a maze. All it takes is a pair of pliers to reverse the earrings and change the look completely.

The bronze has a matte surface with a natural heat patina in shades of orange and beige, but the raised shapes have been burnished to bring out the shinier, more typical surface of bronze.

Total length of the earrings is 1-3/4 inches from the top of the earwire to the point of the heart. Very lightweight and comfortable to wear.
