This hat is fantastic looking! A stamp at the inside says that it is "Genuine Velour made of imported fur". There is some surface wear marks at the brim and top. The hat is for ladies and measures 21 1/8" around the inside.The brim can be rolled down and the feathers are all differnt colors. Some of the feathers are sticking out a bit. This is a really fun and funky hat!box 2
