Circle of Snow Penny Rug Candle Mat, Wool Felt, Primitive Applique

This wool felt candle mat measures 12 1/2" across, and has been entirely hand cut and hand stitched. The darling little snowmen will circle around your jar candle or a candy dish, or glass candle votive!! The nice thing about this candle mat is that it can stay out all winter! The background is navy blue with each little snowman wearing a burgundy scarf. Between each little snowman are penny snowflakes embellished with tiny seed beads. The mat has been backed with navy blue wool felt to hide all the stitches.
