Twilight Fused Glass Art

Description

For all you Twilight fans - a one-of-a-kind framed fused glass art piece inspired by the book and movie, "Twilight". Hand-stamped on the mat board, going around the side is the ever-popular quote, "...And so the lion fell in love with the lamb". This is a must-have for the obsessed Twilight fanatic (or for just anyone who fancies the series!!!)

This piece is framed in a black 9"x11" frame with an opening of approx. 5"x7". This frame has backing on it so it may be hung on a wall or placed on a table.

Each piece of glass is handcut by me, layered and then fused together in my kiln at 1450 - 1500 degrees. All of my pieces are fused with compatible glass and annealed (cooled slowly) for durablilty and strength. I also incorporate dichroic glass throughout my pieces. This glass leaves a beautiful effect as the metallic coating absorbs and reflects different colors of light at different angles.
