Wearable Doughnuts

I don't know why, but these purple beads remind me of doughnuts. Maybe it's because of the white stipe that looks like a glaze. I digress. This set is a really spectacular piece of art. The orangey cylinders really go (not match, but go! as Stacy and Clinton would say) with the circular purple beads, and the combo is pretty striking. Both the necklace and the bracelet have the identical silver etched toggle clasp, which is nice and big for easy donning. The earrings are a new creation, which actually involve wrapping the bead with a headpin. The necklace is 23" in length, and the bracelet is 9 1/4".
