Circle Series Number 13

Description

Original mixed media piece on heavy cold press Strathmore watercolor paper. This is the thirteenth in a series. I am so inspired making these. The idea came to me as I was thinking of ideas for my "page-a-day" book. I was in bed falling asleep when it came to me and I had to hop up and sketch out my idea. The next day I made my first one and I've been making them ever since. I will retain copyright privileges to this piece and it may not be reproduced without permission of the artist.

This particular piece contains, pencil, watercolor, ink, paper collage and thread. This one is pretty cool because it has the handsewn circle, which is sewn into the watercolor paper with thread that I dyed myself.

Measuring 9 inches x 9 inches, this piece fits perfectly into the 10 inch Ikea Ribba frame, as pictured. Note: this piece does not come in the frame.
