Azurite Leaf Petal Earrings

Description

This is an amazingly special pair of earrings. Sterling silver has been rolled, folded, annealed, hammered, twisted, and hammered again into unusually beautiful curves. A pair of hand cut matched azurite cabochons complements the curves and creates a focal point. While these earrings look quite substantial, they are nevertheless light in weight and comfortable to wear. The process of hand forging produces strong, light weight, wearable pieces. These earrings have been oxidized to a medium patina, and have a hand rubbed finish to show off the exquisite texture.

Due to a small imperfection toward the bottom of one earring (see photo #4), I have reduced the price from $160 to $105. the imperfection is very a small crack that was noticed during the last phases of surface finishing, and is barely visible to the naked eye. It is not normally visible at the angle the earrings hang when worn, and it will not affect the beauty and wearablity of these unique and beautiful forms. This small imperfection is noted only in the interest of disclosure, and will not affect your appreciation of their beauty. In the interest of honesty, however, they have become much more affordable!
