Vintage Velvet Choker
Description
I started with a piece of vintage, purple velvet ribbon. I then hand crocheted the beautiful black applique in 100% cotton thread. Hanging from the applique is a faceted smokey quartz briolette.I crocheted the back side as well, to create a beautiful buttonhole closure. The grey buttons used on the closure are vintage glass buttons.
If you want something very unique, beautiful, and carefully handcrafted, this piece is for you!
The choker measures 13" (33cm) long.
Ribbon is 1 1/2" (3.8cm) wide.
Smokey Quartz Briolette is 3/5" (15mm) tall.
Length from from top of the ribbon to the tip of the briolette is 4 3/4" (12cm).
