A beautiful salt box birdhouse to add to your collection inside your home or outside in your yard. It will look great wherever you place it.

As with all our birdhouses, we make them fully functional for the outdoors. the bottom unscrews for easy clean out. We also give them a slightly aged appearance.

This salt box measures approx 12 1/2" long by 7 1/2" deep by 17" tall. It has been painted cranberry red with a black roof and green base. There is a hand painted brick chimney on the roof.

The windows are framed in white hand painted trim as is the black grooved door. Two cute black steps lead up to the door. This is a new feature on our salt boxes. A 2" grapevine wreath is on the door and a 2 1/2" white primitive star sits in the center of the birdhouse.

The entry hole is located on the side in the middle of the two windows. This makes it more proportionate to the small songbirds who will nest in it.

A very attractive birdhouse to display. Don't forget, birds use birdhouses to seek shelter in during the cold winter months.

Makes a great gift for the avid birdwatcher too!
