2 1/4" diameter (~57 mm) wide copper disks
have been given a lovely distressed texture

the copper portion has been hammered and given a natural heat patina.

the overall effect is a mottled copper/rusty coloring finish that is mostly dark, with hints of red, dark, copper, and pink throughout. when the light hits them just right, they rather glow!

(the copper has been left unsealed so that it may age further, creating an ever more rich finish)

soldered to thick sterling silver coils
(fit 10g and larger piercings)
which overlap themselves for a secure fit.
