Mod Vintage Italian Made Knit Wiggle Skirt Royal Blue and White Harlequin Diamond Check Weave


This is such a great knit skirt and it's made in Italy so you know it's excellent quality.

The tag reads Maglieria Confezioni, Margarita, and is marked a size small. I believe this dates to the 1960's. The rich royal blue and white check weave is what I would describe as a "Harlequin" check as it is like rows of small diamonds. I can't be sure of the fabric content but suffice it to say it is soft and very high quality and is lined in white nylon tricot. This skirt is cut to hug your curves and it certainly does it nicely, don't you think?

This skirt is clean and free of defects or signs of previous wear. Excellent!

Waist un-stretched - 27 inches (68.58 cm)
Waist comfortably stretched will fit up to a 30 inch true waist (76.20 cm)
Hip un-stretched - 38 inches (96.52 cm)
Width at hem - 36 inches (91.44 cm)
Length - 22 inches (55.88 cm)
