Since I sold my flower shop in Hawaii, every once in a while I get a hankering for Hawaiian designs, especially flowers. Today was one of those times. I have been working on these Hawaiian designs for several days, so I was very happy to finally have them printed, mounted, sealed, epoxied, strung, and ready to wear! Once the illustration is complete, it only takes three days to have a finished necklace. Most of those three days are spent waiting for epoxy to harden!

HOW THEY ARE MADE...

The colorful illustrations are glued onto the front of the scrabble tile and sealed with UV neutral jewelry epoxy to give depth and dimension to the artwork as well as a protective coating.

Pendant tiles are attached with a silver plated bail and hung from a black satin cord. The cord is tied with two slip knots and the necklace can be adjusted by sliding the knots to any desired length once it is over the head.

Necklaces are packaged in a crystal clear poly-bag on a hand-stamped card.

*** The pendant in the first photo shows a different kind of bail than is on this necklace. The necklace you will receive has a silver-plated bail.
