Dichroic glass dangles full of color and light

Description

I've wire wrapped dichroic glass with colored art wire and attached pink niobium earwires (great for those sensitive ears!). Primarily pink but many colors appear with the color shifts in the dichoric glass. These are a fun earing to jazz up your outfit and get you lots of compliments. The glass measures 11mm (1/2" across.

Dichroic means two colors, the name comes from the fact that it can transmit one color while reflecting another. Each one is unique and can not be exactly replicated. I will cut and layer dichroic glass together with fusible art glass in various combinations of color and patterns, sometimes kiln firing several times to achieve the desired effect. All my glass is photographed in natural light so some reflections may occur.
