This is an elegant and funky teapot that was also influenced by my trip to the birthplace of Art Nouveau, in Nancy, France, a couple hours east of Paris. I was there for an art exchange and exhibit in 2006, and it had quite an influence on me, as did Paris.

I love how this teapot has a lot more attitude, almost a dancing quality. It inspires me to even more teapots.

This teapot is about 10 Inches tall (25 cm) and holds more than 3 cups (less than a liter). It is safe in the microwave and dishwasher. It keeps the liquid hot for up to an hour. Made of the strongest porcelain, it will function on the table as a serving utensil (coffee as well), and as a centerpiece in the room, and on the shelf or mantle as artwork that will be the focus of every guest. These teapots definitely catch everyone's eye.
