Fire Bloom (2008)
Description
A long narrow brooch which can be worn cross ways or long ways. Purple recycled sari silk has been painstakingly stitched with lime green, deep blue, turquoise and hot pink thread onto a panel of emerald green sari silk. The brooch is backed with green felt.The raw edges of the sari silk have been utilised in the design to make use of the feathery filaments of silk.

A striking design which leaps of the garment it is attached to. This brooch will look great on your lapel, scarf, as a shawl pin, on your shirt, sweater, or even your hat. The colours are invigorating and jewel like. A brooch pin is in on the back.
