Doily - LOVEBIRD IN A HEART Image

Description

Here is a heart-shaped doily with a detailed design in white inside the heart with a Lovebird, Butteryfly and Curlycues.

It is done in the technique of Filet Crochet.

The Lovebird and Butterfly are outlined so they stand out. They are obviously from Nature!!

The edging is in Garnet Red with picots.

The doily is 15 1/4 inches high and 15 3/4 inches wide. It has been blocked and lightly spray-starched to hold the shape.

You could use this as a table decoration or centerpiece -- or frame it and hang it on the wall!

RECOMMENDED CARE: HAND WASH CAREFULLY IN COOL WATER WITH MILD DETERGENT AND LAY FLAT TO DRY. YOU MAY WANT TO BLOCK IT WITH PINS TO HOLD THE SHAPE AS IT DRIES.

THIS HANDMADE ITEM IS NOT INTENDED FOR A CHILD 12 YEARS OF AGE OR YOUNGER.
