Square Plate
Description
Great for serving cookies.This square plate is made from a slab of clay and is glazed with a rutile green glaze. After the slab had been shaped, a slip (liquid clay) design of dots was added to create visual interest and texture. The glaze is thinner on the dot and glaze pools in the negative space between creating the great color changes in this glaze.
