Small decorated purses from the past inspired me to make this little pouch. You know those purses that were filled with ornaments and colors and combined different techniques.

My version has a floral theme: dusty roses with other muted colors. It is like an afternoon tea at the romantic cottage, filled with cozy shawls, pretty porcelain and framed walls.

The bag might be for the treasures you have. Or a gift for a special friend. Or maybe you enjoy a flair of history like me and need a reminder of that passion.

The bottom of the bag is crocheted from estonian wool.
The middle part is knitted from estonian wool.
The top is sewn from cotton fabrics.
The string is knitted i-cord.
