barack obama panel painting...chicago series
Description
in this particular piece, as in the other paintings in the chicago series, i attached a piece of wood veneer to the primed panel. i sprayed a pattern of 4 red dots to imitate the red stars on the chicago flag. punk rock! i painted an image of barack on top of the veneer. the edges of the panel are painted black so you don't have to frame it. and for a completely finished look the top is coated with super thick epoxy resin. super shiny!this is an original painting on a 6"x6" wooden panel. it has a pre-drilled hole on the back for easy hanging, and it rests flush against the wall. it is about a half an inch thick. the back of the panel is sealed and signed by me. check out the other paintings in this series...mr. t, oprah, and harry caray.
