CRASH! Pin constructed from recycled tin cans by Harriete Estel Berman. This pin is completely constructed from tin cans that would have been thrown away. This is part of a new series of pins constructed from multiple layers of tin cans and riveted carefully with sterling silver rivets.

Each and every items is one of a kind. I don't do production work, and most of my materials are not replaceable. If you like this pin, buy it now, because if someone else buys it there will be no replacement.

The commercial pin stem is securely attached and completely concealed except for the pin stem.

The maker Harriete Estel Berman has been working with recycled tin cans for over 20 years. Her work is in 12 museums and 25 books including the cover of the book, The Fine Art of the Tin Can.
