An itsy-bitsy shimmer pink felted tophat enhanced with faux pearled beading. This creation is highlighted by a white tulle eyebrow veil and a tulle pouf in the back secured by a vintage faux pearl and rhinestone brooch. An attached clip ensures that this lightweight hat stays secure.
