Mucha Style Handbeaded Cloche
Description
California State Fair Second Place winner in the Beadwoven art class!This Mucha inspired headpiece was patterned after a 1920's flapper style beaded cloche. Although this piece is not my usual style I took this on for the challenge. I used over 20,000 tiny glass seed beads on this piece which took over 70 hours to complete. The bead embroidery was done on tule over white satin to re-create the soft feel of the piece. Everything is hand finished and the entire piece is lined with satin. The headband measures 24 inches around.
The shipping cost of $10 includes USPS Priority postage, insurance and delivery confirmation.
