Hanging Yogini Figure

I have several of both. I have always felt in art, one should create as one does and I have done many forms of yoga for years and done glass longer.
In seeking a study for the human form I did not have to look far as what is more still and majestic than a properly done asana. To capture some essence and at an affordable price was quite an objective. Here is the result a small clear crystal figure with all major joints and proportions developed in any one of majestic poses.These hang from an integrated loop on the head.
Hanging Yogi Figure (not-ah-raj-AHS-anna) series of small though detailed figures done by lampwork of clear boro crystal, Torch sculpted, by hand, Borosilicate crystal figures* Some I've done many times. Still each is unique onto itself as only a hand made figure can be. Each figure has a tiny diamond scratched insignia (wmc-08) larger one o f's are in addition numbered. Pictures are available to preview often to show a variety and ideas in sizing coloration etc. Listing is for the actual Gallery photo item. Figure is approx 2.5"x 4 black base is 3x5" (not included) I have some long term interest in Yoga also in sculpting the human form. A mre difficult undertaking than my more whimsical forms. I have studied the anatomy of phhsique and motion and here by using clear rod I am able to present an attractive and expressive small figurine at an affordable price. More evolved and expensive work in the line will be developing soon~!
