How Can I Help? I Am Shown is an original oil and sharpie marker painting on canvas board. I made it recently.

I'm reading this beautiful book that was recommended by my friend Jennifer called "How Can I Help? Stories and Reflections on Service" by Ram Dass and Paul Gorman. Lots of times I've thought I should help others, but put my needs aside and wore myself out. I used to believe I could even save lives. What I'm focusing on now is saving my own life. Making myself feel alive, connected and fulfilled. This piece is a lot about allowing whatever power exists in the universe to show me whatever I can do to live fully.

The dimensions are 5 inches x 7 inches.
