Thanks for stopping by. Below you will find basic information for placing orders. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask!

...BASIC ORDERING INFORMATION...

1. Pick your design

2. Email your image(s) to me at serendipityblogs@gmail dot com. High resolution photos (300+ dpi)are best.
Also, be sure to include the information you would like printed on your announcement (name, date of birth, adoption day, parents names, birth country, etc.)

3. Your personalized announcement will be created and back to you to proof within 24 of receiving your photos and wording preferences. I am happy to make up to two revisions to your design prior to the order being finalized.

4. Once you approve your final design, I will email you a high resolution jpeg file for you to have printed/used as you wish.

COMMON QUESTIONS?
1. Can you make it black and white or sepia (brown tones) if it's a color image...YES!

2. Can I use professional photography?...YES, IF you have permission from the photographer. I have to assume that you have received permission if you are emailing me the images to be used.

3. Do you make birth annoucement or just adoption announcements? BOTH...just ask. All templates can be changed to accomodate your specific situation.

4. What if I want additoinal or fewer pictures that what's on the sample? NO PROBLEM...Just let me know what you'd like to see on your announcement.

5. Where should I get them printed? Any photo printing site will be able to print these for you. I can provide a list of printing sites if you are interested.

6. Can I change colors or fonts...YES, but occasionally I use digital images for backgrounds that cannot be changed. I will certainly let you know what can/cannot be changed on your specific announcement.

7. What size images do you make? You will have the option to have your image sized for 4x6 or 5x7 printing.

8. Do you take custom orders for items other than what's in your shop? YES! Just let me know what you are interested in and we'll take it from there.
