Sweet Elk is a great way to add variety to your dogs diet and give them a natural protein many of them would love to hunt. Sweet elk is the first in our luxury line of treats, which all contain a great mixture of vitamins and minerals all naturally derived. As is always the case this treat contains only organic and natural ingredients. You shall receive one 6oz package. All of our treats are artisan, made to order so they may vary slightly in appearance from the photographs, though the ingredients will remain the same, natural, organic and human grade.

Organic Oat Flour
Oats are said to help fight cholesterol and heart disease in dogs best friend. They are a great source of fiber. They also help to enhance the immune systems response and stabilize blood sugar. They are also a good source for selenium, which works with vitamin E as a powerful antioxidant.

Organic Sweet Potato
Sweet potatoes offer an abundance of vitamins and minerals while keeping the calorie count fairly low. They also provide a good amount of fiber. This vegetable offers lots of vitamin C, A, and beta carotene, to list a few. Dogs seem to really enjoy this one too.

Natural Pasture Raised Colorado Elk
Elk is a great way to add more of that natural protein dogs crave. Variety is important and this is one way to add it to your dogs diet. Left to their own devises they wouldn't simply hunt foil, rabbit, or cattle. They would hunt what they found, when they found it, thus providing a varied diet. We use natural, pasture raised, Colorado elk in order to lessen our impact on the environment. Our elk doesn't have to travel far to get to our kitchen.

Organic Kelp
Kelp is an excellent source of many trace minerals. Kelp contains all of the minerals and vitamins of the sea, many of which are found in the bloodstream. Natural Bone Meal
Bone Meal is one of the best sources of calcium. Dogs are carnivores and they have a natural drive to chew on bones. However, cooked bones of any sort are never safe. They may all splinter and cause serious injury, possibly even death. Bone meal is a great alternative to the mess of raw bones and the danger of cooked. Your dog still gets the nutrition of the bone without the cleanup.

Natural Vitamin C and Calcium
We add this supplement to give your dogs' system a boost. Vitamin C helps to regenerate a variety of antioxidant systems, helping to keep your dog healthy. Calcium is essential for a healthy, strong dog. They use calcium for teeth and bone health, among other things.

Natural Glucosamine
Glucosamine is important for the health of a dogs over all structure. Glucosamine helps ensure joint health. We use naturally derived glucosamine that comes from shrimp, lobster, and crab.
