1970s Royal Crown Japanese Porcelain Casserole In The Paradise Pattern. One and One Half Quarts

Royal Crown Japan Paradise Porcelain Oval Covered Casserole dish, one and a half quarts. This stunning brightly colored piece measures 9 5/8" inchs long and 6.25" inches wide at the base. Including the lid, the covered dish is 7.25 inches tall. The piece is in excellent condition and it looks like it was never used. There is a couple little very minor imperfections in the pattern on one side, but I think this is an original manufacturing flaw.
It's decorated with brightly colored pop art birds and flowers and is very similar to the Villeroy & Boch Acapulco pattern. The pattern is simply beautiful and reminds me of the 1960's and early 1970's Peter Max designs with the bright colors, peace doves and flowers.
This piece came from a huge estate sale in Cape Elizabeth Maine several years ago and it's been sitting in my china closet ever since... This jaw dropping casserole is far too cool to be abandoned so I'm turning it's care over to you.
