This amazing little skirt is made with beautiful Toille Print. The front has a huge panel of creme colored cotton printed with a gorgeous image.

The red and black material is soft cotton. The red panels on the front are hand-gathered coffin ruffles. The back is solid black cotton that makes for a stunning look.

It's very easy to wear as a single skirt, but it looks even better with a tutu under it.
