Yellow Tropical Bright Grown-up sized Cotton Pixie Hat

Now I've heard, from a few sources, that yellow is The New Black for 2009. Never let it be said that Cheese at Fourpence is slow off the mark, so here's a cheerful adult-sized all-cotton pixie hat in that gorgeous hue, fresh off the needles and ready for action.......

This hat has contrast cotton triangles in bright leaf green and shocking fuchsia, for a tropical flavour. I knitted the hat on my home knitting machine and then added the trims separately by hand afterwards. The hat has been carefully hand sewn and can be cool-machine washed as well as hand-washed. It's all soft cotton so won't cause any allergies, with a gently rolled and stitched down brim and the tassel at the top with strands of all three colours.

I first came up with my pixie hat design after remembering a favourite book I'd loved as a child - it was about a circus and I think this hat was inspired by the big top tents. Since then I have made these in many many colours and sizes, so if there is a colour you don't see here, that really floats your boat, or you need a custom size, please convo me and I'd be delighted to make it for you.

This pixie should fit an average adult head, but please check the actual sizes below to be sure.
