This lovely package includes 6 generous cups of Sensational Soothing Bath Tea, or Stress Relief Bath Tea packaged in a wire mesh and organza box. If you like, you can choose pink, or lavender organza(pink and green are shown, but I don't have any more of the green). I will include a reusable muslin bag and 3 small (also reusable) organza drawstring bags, so you can use this blend in the bath, and tuck some in drawers or wherever you normally use potpourri. The organza bags can also be used in the bath! If you have a color preference, please include it in your notes at checkout, otherwise I will surprise you!

These herb blends combine all natural ingredients known to have calming properties. Wonderful after a long day at work or school, or when dealing with emotional drama!

INGREDIENTS of Sensational Soothing Bath Tea:
*Chamomile - Well known for its calming sedative effect.
*Lemongrass - Wonderful and soothing, widely used for aromatherapy.
*Passion Flower - Does this really need a description? ;) Don't be lured by its sultry name...this herb is actually said to be helpful with nerve pain, and has other relaxing benefits.
*Rose Petals - What would a lovely bath be without rose petals?
*Jasmine Flowers - Jasmine is used in aromatherapy as an anti-depressant, and some experts say it also helps with menstrual discomfort.
*Orange Peel - Orange is excellent for lethargy and tiredness.
*Sea Salt - soothes the skin and promotes healing

This lovely mixture is enhanced with a hint of pure Ylang Ylang Essential Oil to uplift the spirits.

INGREDIENTS of Stress Relief Bath Tea:
*Rose Petals - To calm the soul and lift the mood ♥ORGANICALLY GROWN by me
*Lavender - Calming and stress relieving
*Rosemary - Helps ease sore muscles and mental fatigue ♥ORGANICALLY GROWN by me!
*Chamomile - Well known for its calming effect
*Spearmint - Refreshing, this herb can lift the mood and provide mental clarity (can't we all use that?!)
*Juniper - Eases body aches and pains
*Oatmeal - To soothe and soften your skin

*A touch of Lavender Essential Oil is added to this blend to aid relaxation through aromatherapy. This oil has been praised for its many benefits, including relief from hot flashes, ladies!!

INSTRUCTIONS (a copy will be included with your order)
Fill the muslin (or organza) sachet with bath tea, then toss it in the water when filling the bath, or steep it first in about 4 cups of boiling water for 15 minutes. Add this to your bath water (this method works best for me), then use the sachet as a sponge to gently massage and exfoliate!
