Do you like Brown

Description

I made this step by step. Firstly I used “yazma” for brown braid parts. “Yazma” is a kind of fabric 100 percent cotton which Turkish women uses it like headscarf. I added white cordon at the top of brown braid parts. I sewed yellow and brown delica beads to the yazma. I croched small mulberries with yellow delica beads and sewed them to yazma part also. Put a big flower shape metal charm at the middle. It is stunning with crystals also.

length is max 40 cm / 15.7 ins (adjustable by chain)

All pieces are unique & handmade, duplicates are not produced.

YAZMA
The thin cotton fabric, shows to the other side when used. In Turkey it is used by woman who works on the fields as a protection from the sun. It is also used by the modern woman as a fashion. It is a very useful material it dries immediately when washed, it is anti-perspirant and keeps the hair well.
It is also used in wedding ceremonies for example a young girl who's planning to get married may put it in her hope-chest-box.
It's a very healthy fabric- light, easily washable and quickly dryable.
