Vintage 80s Silver Heels SHINY Foil Applique Great Condition Size 7

Hi! These silver heels are AWESOME! They are super shiny and bright, and I tried capturing how they look in person but the photos do not do them justice. I also put in brand new insoles because when I found them, the original ones were falling apart.

The shoe indicates that it was made in Hong Kong, size 31 but I don't know what that means... I am a size 7 and they fit me well.

Measurements:
Size 7
Heel height: 2.5 inches
Insole length: 9-10 inches

They are in great condition except for a red mark on the side of the right shoe. This mark is not noticeable as the silver foil attracts the bright light but I adjusted my camera's flash settings to show where it is (please compare the photo of the side of the shoe to the photo of the heel, you can't really tell in the first photo!)
