This bouquet is made especially for an expressive and romantic bride.

It features many beautiful flowers, including traditional wedding flowers like the Calla Lily, and less traditional flowers like the Lunaria Annua -- both made of silk and dipped in hot paraffin wax for extra durability and smoothness.

The heart background is made with an elegant and soft white feather trim. Throughout the bouquet are eight small dangling blue and crystal beaded circlets to symbolize undying love and equality.

I chose the Calla Lily for this bouquet specifically to honor winter weddings. In history, the early Romans used this flower to mark the passing of the winter solstice.
The Lunaria Annua, also known as "Money Plant", "Silver Dollars", "Judaspenge", and "Annual Honesty", is meant to wish the couple prosperity and honesty.

Among the flowers there are small silver twigs to accent and everything lies on a bed of assorted snow-covered wildflowers.

The heart is meant to symbolize all the is true in the
bride's own heart. This bouquet is hand tied and meant to be carried as a cascade or in an arm cradle position. It measures approximately 16" wide, and 22" long from stem to the longest beat of the heart.
