2009 - Year of the Ox

Description

Chinese New Year begins January 26th, and it's the Year of the Ox. This little gem has seven hand-painted colors! A Linoleum block print using black oil-based Graphic Chemical ink, with watercolor tipped in later.

Printed on heavy-weight 100% archival cotton rag paper. It meaures 6 x 4.25 inches. The image measures 3 x 4 inches. The edition size is 85. Signed and numbered on the front using graphite.

This is a darling little hand-pulled print using a Conrad etching press. A perfect gift to commemorate the start of a new year.

Collect all 3! (Ox, Rat, Boar).
