This assemblage is a shrine devoted to romance, love,and springtime.

Approximately 2 1/2" tall- 3 1/4" wide- 3/4" deep.

This precious shrine, created in a closeable distressed tin box. I carefully strip and rust candy tins and altoid boxes to a unique aged patina. The shrine is an assemblage of found objects, text from old books, hand dyed fabric and reproductions of vintage photos. I search for the perfect little embellishments that link the elements of the story together. The finished box is sealed with a light varnish for protection.
