Description
50 grams (1.7 oz) of shiny 50% silk / 50% merino wool roving. The silk and wool take dye differently, creating texture. The silk also adds strength to a finished yarn. Suitable for spinning yarn from fine to bulky.Handdyed with acid dyes. Handwash only.
This roving has been braided to better show the contrasting colours and to give the spinner an idea of what the yarn may look like after plying. This does not affect the quality of the roving or its performance during spinning.
