Omaha State Fair Earrings- Vintage Lucite with Petro Tourmaline

Description

Inspired by my "Balloons over..." earrings and my enduring love of the Wizard of Oz, these earrings are my jewelrified representation of the Wizard's Hot Air Balloon, drifting away over Oz.

Vintage Lucite pebbled rounds, in the a pale, delicate shade of pink, dangle with faceted teardrops of the most gorgeous, golden-brown petro tourmaline gemstone. The whole package dangles with a pale, warm glow.

All pieces are hand-wrapped with sterling silver and hung from smallish sterling ear wires. These are sweeter and more delicate than my similar Balloons Over Manhattan earrings.

Drop (from bottom of the earwires): ~ 1.25 inches / 3cm
Length (from top of earwires): just under 1.74 inches / 4.5cm
