Very unique!Slim empire dress in evening or street length, has slightly gathered skirt with jewel neckline.
Loose bib effect front and back. Band wraps around bodice sides to meet bib. Center of bib back has keyhole opening.
Vent at hem on evening gown.
Center back zipper.
Long white gloves are optional but really rock the look!
Would make a really cute top.
