Chalk ware Apple Anthromorpic Potholder Plaque

Description

Here is a delightful chalk ware plaque with a hook to display your vintage potholders or tea towels. This plaque is in the shape of a plump red apple and is anthromorpicin design having eyes and a mouth.
The plaque measures 5” high and 5” wide at the widest point, it has a hook at the bottom and a wire loop on the back for hanging.
The apple has green leaves for hair and big black eyes. The coloring is still vivid and unmarred except for a tiny nick on the left hand side.
The top edge is marked “1970 Miller Studios Inc”.
This would be an excellent addition to any vintage kitchen décor or chalk ware collection.
