Lavender Bird Fused Glass Cuff Bracelet

Until you've tried photographing the beauty and depth of glass art, especially the subtle shimmer of dichroic glass....well, it really is tough capture and I wish you could see this piece in person. You would love it!

I've designed this glass art bracelet with one solid piece of fused glass as the main section of the bracelet, secured with a beaded bracelet and copper magnetic clasp. The accent beads are dichroic glass, New Jade, Tiger's Eye, Garnet, and Swarovski crystal.

Featured on the glass cuff is a three dimensional bird whose body is raised above the surface of his forrest backdrop. The bird is lavender, with plum colored accents for the wings and eye.

The main color of the cuff is pale, soft lavender with a slight hint of mauve. In the background is the suggestion of trees, detailed with green branches, shimmering dichroic leaves, and transparent tree trunks in olive and amber glass.

This is truly a unique piece of wearable glass art. I begin each of my designs with compatible glass. This particular piece is the result of four different firings in my kiln, as well as about 8 unique glass techniques to reach this final design. This bracelet has been carefully annealed to ensure the strength of the glass.

I will carefully package your bracelet in a nice gift box, and ship via USPS priority mail inside a padded mailing box.
