early spring -handmade wool flower garland

Description

This is a 12 foot long garland to hang as you please.

I hand knit the stem from a nice single ply wool yarn. Each flower is hand constructed from felted sweaters. I use beads and sequins for the flower centers, then sew them on to the stem. you cans see in the photo that the larger flowers have smaller flowers on the other side of the stem. I wanted to make sure that there was no real 'back' to the garland, and no matter how it was used, there would be a plethora of flowers.

This would make and excellent table decoration, and looks lovely around a mirror.

This garland can be washed in wool wash and re-shaped to dry. A steam iron can be used to fix any 'crushed petals'
