After cutting, this 8" form is signed, ironed flat, laminated and strung on a gold cord for hanging or placing in a window. These hanging kirigami works make wonderful gifts! They come packaged in a clear plastic sleeve against a black background to show off the design. On the back of the package is a description of kirigami and Cynthia's work. In addition, each item comes with a tag describing the art of kirigami.

Some have asked me why my bifolds, like hearts, eggs, and ovals are more expensive than the seemingly more elaborate mandalas. Bifolds actually take longer to cut than 8 folded mandalas. There is more surface area to cut and adapting the design to an irregular shape involves more spatial awareness.
