Crystal Blue Dragonfly Necklace

Description

A fused glass tile with a silver foil dragonfly hanging from a pewter colored chain adorned with pale blue crystals make this elegant necklace. The tile itself has a wire bail fused directly into it's back and covered with a thin layer of glass for a smooth feel and added strength. The dragonfly has a patina of gold and silver from reaction with the heated glass. The clasp on the chain can be attached to any point on the chain for easy length adjustment (total length is 18.5 inches).

Note: The specks on the pendant visible in the first two pictures are water droplets that were not adequately dried prior to photography.
