This is a great skirt, one of my favorites. Pencil style high waisted with a wide pull-on style waist band. Stretch vintage double-knit fabric, blind hem. Flattering, fun, and cut to hug the curves.Size large measures 29" waist (consider the stretch to the fabric though), widest part of hips 37", length 24"
